Aly

Aly (now named Penelope) came from a rural shelter in West Virginia.
She was adopted by a fantastic woman who runs a dog daycare
service, and the two often get to spend the entire
day together! She also gets to see her sister, Suki, frequently.
Aly now lives in Massachusetts.

Ava

Ava was also part of the litter from the rural shelter in West
Virgina. Ava took her sweet time finding her forever home,
and always had her foster mom laughing at her antics (like dunking
her feet into every fresh bowl of water placed in front of her).
She is now enjoying the good life in Massachusetts.

Cady

Cady (now named Gracie) came up to Connecticut from West Virginia,
along with her six brothers and sisters. She was one of the most affectionate
puppies in the litter and found herself a fantastic home
with a girl who absolutely adores her.
Her dad works at the racetrack and she gets to go along with him!
Gracie will get to try flyball and agility!
She is now living in New York.

Kaida

Kaida traveled twelve hours from West Virginia to Connecticut
with her six brothers and sisters, and her foster mom had no idea
how she managed to survive twelve hours in a car with such a fiesty pup!
Kaida was an absolutely adorable bundle of trouble from the very beginning
and won the hearts of many of the volunteers at FNHBR.
Kaida is now living with her own perfect family and
will get to try agility!
She is in Massachusetts.

Louie

Louie also traveled up from West Virigina with the rest of his litter.
Easily the sickest and weakest of the puppies, the one thing
Louie never lost was his spirit. He fought off illness, even
when the vets told us he could never make it. A real trooper,
Louie is another miracle story for rescue.
He is now living in Connecticut with a family that loves him,
and his troubled times are long gone!

Miles

Miles is the mystery puppy from the West Virginia litter!
He had little resemblence to his brothers and sisters.
Miles won over the hearts of everybody who met him, easily
one of friendliest and sweetest puppies that any of the volunteers
at FNHBR had encountered. Miles now had his own family to love,
and they love him right back!
He is now living in Connecticut.

Suki

Suki (another West Virginia pup) had such a unique personality that
her new mom was drawn to her almost immediately. While six other puppies
(and two grown Border Collies) ran around the house, little
Suki sat amidst the chaos and occupyed herself by chewing
quietly on a bone. Suki gets to see her sister Aly quite often!
She is now living in Massachusetts.

Molly

Molly was brought up from West Virginia with her seven puppies.
There was some concern about transporting a nursing mother in a crowded
car but upon meeting Molly, any worries quickly faded. She had the typical
friendly Border Collie personality, without the Border Collie energy! It took
her some time to get back on her feet and recover from nursing
seven puppies when she wasn't healthy enough to care for herself. All
of that is behind her now.
Molly lives in Massachusetts with two Border Collie siblings.
